About Our Firm
Founded by Attorney Richard S. Dubin, the firm is committed to providing its clients with the highest quality legal representation available, with a flat fee structure ensuring our clients' peace of mind regarding their legal budgets.
Attorney Dubin opened the Martha's Vineyard office in 1986, and continues to work with buyers, sellers and lenders on the island with their real estate closings.
Attorney Bryan W. Reardon joined the firm in 2002 to maintain current clients, earn new client relationships and continue to provide the excellent service our clients expect. Attorneys Jonathan M. Holter and Karl R. Hemr joined in 2011 and 2015 respectively to continue the firm's superb representation of buyers, sellers, and mortgage lenders in real estate financing and acquisitions.

When we close for the lender, we review the Offer to Purchase and Purchase & Sale Agreement for the buyer, and prepare a Declaration of Homestead, at no extra charge.
Over 50% of our staff has more than 20 years of preparing and closing real estate transactions.
Full-time title examiners covering the entire eastern coast of Massachusetts, including Martha's Vineyard — Boston to Cape Cod and the Islands.

Residential and commercial transactions, with years of experience conducting real estate closings throughout all of Massachusetts — whether you're buying, selling, or refinancing.
Flat-fee closings for residential and commercial purchases, including drafting and reviewing purchase agreements at no additional charge if we are also representing the buyer's mortgage lender. Household declarations are prepared at no extra cost for primary residences.
We address title issues, review settlement statements, attend the closing and process proceeds. Attending the closing under Power of Attorney is no additional charge.
We represent major institutional lenders, handling residential and construction loan documentation, “phase” residential and condominium development plans and contracts, and complete Title Insurance documentation.
We serve agents through our lender representation network across the Commonwealth and nationwide.
